Hero Image and Animation for a teather play "Pelle Svanslös". Graphic designer Chribbe Aarnio from Svenska Teatern provided a sketch and a treatment. I proposed the technique, and planned the storyline based on conversations with the director David Sandqvist. Marko Oikarinen came to take photos for the portrait and for a stopmotion animation.

Kovan Viikon Ilta - Visual image for an award winning late night show. Designing the elements including logo, fonts, colours and motion design, compositing the key image (photo by Jukka Lintinen), creating the studio background pictures etc. Work was done in a close collaboration with the Yle team: director Gitte Enjala, set designer Sanna-Mari Pirkola, producer Jenni Poranen, and the host Jukka Lindström. Designing and creating screen elements for an interactive play "Under Attack" at Svenska Teatern. The play involves audience interaction and voting, requiring videos with seamless, looping background elements. Set in the cafeteria of the parliament building in Helsinki, the visual concept uses political and corporate imagery adapted for a teenage audience. Work was done in a close collaboration with director Lidia Bäck and the amazing team of the Swedish Theatre in Helsinki. Photos by Cata Portin.

Consepting and creating animations and effects for two music videos produced by Yle. Effects, paper elements and animations, 3D-bubbles, ice balls and stars. Animation and Video Editing for John Nurminen Foundation. The project collected memories of Baltic Sea for an exhibition "Muistojen Meri". Video materials were provided by (the director) Ilkka Rautio, Jyri Pirinen did the sound design. The voiceover was written by Sampsa Laurinen and read by Alma and Oskar Pöysti. I´m using rotoscope line animation, and ink brush strokes as frames for the video.

Animation, effects, and editing of promotional videos for Discovery. I took care of the video post production (image retouching by FLC) also consulting the production on special shots. Creative direction by Discovery and Karala Creative, production by Long Story Short.

Production, effects, editing, and camera for an anonymous client. This was a tight knot collaboration with Karala Creative, where we shared most of the tasks between two of us, producing a series of action videos with a continuous storyline.
